OUR RETREATS

COOKING HOLIDAY

If you like the idea of getting wrist-deep in pasta dough and learning the real cuisine by the source, then this maybe the perfect holiday for you.

You will get to taste some amazing wines and dishes that you have prepared yourself with the help of our experienced chefs and cooks while holidaying in a beautiful luxurious villa and making new friends for life!

Whether you are passionate about cooking and are looking to improve your cooking skills, or you are at the beginning and want to learn the basics of Italian cuisine, you can be sure to take home some amazing techniques and recipes which you will easily be able to replicate in your own kitchen, not to mention all the good memories and fun moments spent trying to figure out how to make home-made pasta or fresh tomato sauce.

Our cookery courses are with the best cooks in our region: the local ladies, with their secret recipes jealously passed on from grandmother to mother to daughter; maybe they will share some of their techniques and ingredients with you.
