Villa Collalto

This amazing villa dates back to the 1800's and was completed in 2012, following a 3 year restoration process transforming it from an original farmhouse to a luxury villa with all modern appliances. 

The external features of the house have remained the same, with both walls and roof using the reclaimed stone and tiles from the original building.

In its own surrounding this private country house is the perfect holiday setting.

The house is beautifully decorated to a high standard and offers all the things that you would expect.

Outside there is a beautiful swimming pool which is a Salt Water pool, dining areas by the pool, a pizza oven along with a barbecue area, a games area with table tennis, bikes for children to ride, croquet for our croquet fans,   the space in this villa is amazing. It can also be rented in the winter months, offering underfloor heating and an open fire place for log fires and lovely walking and relaxing along with Skiing in the area. (around 40 minutes drive) The perfect Christmas New Year House for lots of family and friends.

It is situated in a very Peaceful and Private location with fabulous views yet only 12 mins from The Town Of Cingoli, and San Severino and  40 mins from Ancona airport

ACCOMMODATION 

The accommodation has been designed to give families a wonderful holiday with the feeling of space around them. The bedrooms are all spacious and light and have beautiful views. The outside area has several different areas in which to sit and is perfect for outside dinning therefore providing space and quietness. The living area and entertaining is easy in this villa as everything is well designed and built to entertain.

The villa  is on two levels; on the ground floor:

There is a large well equipped modern kitchen with a dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, large fridge freezer, separate fridge, separate freezer, second dishwasher, wine fridge, nespresso coffee machine (please bring your own capsules), toaster, kettle, iron and ironing board, blender are also provided.

A library / cinema room with a large flat screen TV, blueray DVD player & play station are provided in the movie room. A selection of books, DVDs, PS games and board games are also provided.

A large living area with a large open fireplace and a dining area and 2 ensuite double bedrooms with kingsize beds and a large walkin shower. 

On the first floor there are other 4 double bedrooms; 2 have en suite facilities (one with large bath and shower cabin and the other with large shower cabin) while the other two bedrooms have a comunicating bathroom (with bathtub).

OUTDOOR LIVING 

Generous gardens, with large lawn area,  croquet set, and other lawn games provided.  The outside areas are well lit for outside dinning.  Olive grove with about 30 Olive trees. Infinity swimming pool with lights for night time and outside shower by pool. Table and seating area by pool, 12 rattan sun beds all with tables, 2 big umbrellas by pool. Beside house, barbecue area with pizza oven and tables to seat unto 20 people. Rattan sofas to watch the sunset with table for drinks. Irrigation system for lawn. Gravel driveway with electric gates to property.
