Casolare Paterno is a beautiful, recently restored, traditional farmhouse in a private setting on the south facing slope of a peaceful valley, sitting among its own olive grove, copse and vineyard with stunning views of the sibillini mountains. 

There is plenty of space for leisurely meals for 10 people on the covered terrace or in the shade of an adjacent overhanging tree. Wide steps lead down to the large sun terrace by the 12m x 6m pool with level lawn and a shady tree beyond.  

Casa Paterno sleeps 10 - 12 people in 5 bedrooms:

On the ground floor there is an entrance foyer, a lounge with a large wood fireplaces, TV with a large DVD collection, a snug room, a dining room and a large large kitchen and open loggia for alfresco dining. 

On the first floor there are two large bedrooms with kingsize beds with large ensuite bathrooms and one twin room with bathroom. 

On the second floor there are two large bedrooms with king size beds with a shared bathroom and a small library with a pull out sofa bed.
