Set on the top of a hill with a long private drive leading up to it with an electric private gate at the bottom of the drive, it boasts fabulous views of the surrounding towns and rolling hills making it a magical and peaceful villa, perfect for large group of friends or family wanting to get away and relax. Situated only 3 km from Mogliano, a gorgeous historical village with shops, supermarkets and lovely bars and restaurants.

The villa has lots of outdoor space for dining and a large bbq area. The extensive garden area makes it a perfect venue to celebrate a special occasion like a wedding or anniversary. The owner is an experienced wedding planner as well so she can help you put together the wedding of your dreams.

Villa Prati has been restored to an excellent standard, offering exceptional, comfortable and spacious accommodation spread out on 3 floors. Beautiful spacious bedrooms all exquisitely decorated and furnished with high quality antique furniture. Each bedroom has its own unique style and decor and they were all carefully designed with comfort in mind with high quality mattresses and comfortable pillows and Egyptian cotton sheets.

The ground floor has many entrances and large double-glazed glass doors, allowing plenty of sunshine in and also allowing you to use all aspects of the villa inside and out. The owners of the villa have been very careful to keep the original features like old oak beams, exposed brick walls, terracotta floors, large open fireplaces, whilst adding modern facilities for your comfort, Tv and DVD players, WIFI connection, and a fully equipped kitchen and ensuite bathrooms.

There is a large open-plan Kitchen/dining room on the ground floor, fully equipped with lots of kitchen utensils and appliances and a back small kitchen area with more cooking space and an American fridge and freezer and a toilet. There is also a large fireplace and a dining table which seats up to 14 people. The kitchen has been fitted with big windows that allow plenty of light to enter and 2 French doors which offer direct access to the pergola outside, furnished with a large table for dining. Adjacent to the kitchen is a large living room with comfortable sofas, flat screen TV, ski and DVD player. This room has been furnished with quality antique pieces including a piano. Through the living room you can walk to the downstairs communicating bedrooms with double beds and en-suite shower room.

On the first floor there are 3 double bedrooms, one of which with en –suite shower room, while the other 2 share a large family bathroom.

The second floor has 2 large double bedrooms both with en-suite bathrooms.

The outbuilding has a games room and a wet room with a large shower and toilet.
