Our role is to seek out the best luxury vacation villas in Le Marche region of Italy for guests, and to help owners to manage the marketing and booking process.

We believe it is important that guests have direct contact with owners, and so following confirmation of your booking we will provide the guests with the owner's contact details, and all payments will be made direct to the owners and not to Real Italy.

All owners commit to ensuring and maintaining a high level of service to guests, including preparation of the villa before each rental period, with cleaning at least once each week and pool and garden maintenance.

They are also required to provide guests with an information pack including useful information relating to the Italian villa, contact numbers, information on the area and local restaurants.

A welcome pack containing the essential items is also provided for the guests.

Our team is composed of bilingual agents based in Le Marche Italy so we are at hand should guests need any information on the area or further assistance during their stay.
