Villa Bedrooms

La Chiesa di Santo Stefano has eight bedrooms in the main house, seven of which have en suite facilities. The eighth bedroom is a single room and can access an additional large shower room.

All the bedrooms are equipped with ceiling fans, and each window has a mosquito blind.

Access to the bedrooms is via three separate staircases -

 

from the Oratorio to two double rooms, from the Granaio to three double rooms, and from the Stalla to a further three bedrooms, the largest of which is a small suite with a sitting room, galleried bedroom and bathroom.

This is a perfect layout for a holiday home, rental or hotel, but for those looking for a family home a minor alteration to the upstairs layout would offer six bedrooms accessible via a single staircase, leaving a guest suite with two rooms.

 

All the en suites have showers, and three have baths - two of which are jacuzzi baths. With the exception of one bathroom, all also have bidets.

An additional bedroom is available in the separate apartment within the grounds of Santo Stefano, which also has an en suite bathroom. All bathrooms are white suites, with traditionally styled fittings.
