
The villa is divided into three distinct areas - The Oratorio (the old oratory) the Granaio (the old granary) and the Stalla (the old animal stalls). Each part of the house has its own character and charm.
The Oratorio has a living room and kitchen downstairs with an adjoining utility room and small shower room. Upstairs there are two double bedrooms with en suite facilities. A door leads from the kitchen to the Granaio sitting room.
The main entrance leads into the Granaio, with a hallway with sweeping staircase to the first floor and doorway to the Stalla. The ground floor has a small library and a large sitting room plus an additional shower room. Upstairs are three double bedrooms with en suite faciltiies.
The third section of the villa is the Stalla with a further kitchen, large dining or living room, two double bedrooms with en suite facilities, and a single bedroom. One of the
double bedrooms is a small suite, with galleried bedroom, small sitting room and bathroom.
The Chiesa (chapel) is currently used for weddings or as a gym, but when the house was constructed access for a chimney was included thereby increasing the options for use of this delightful part of the property.
The apartment in the grounds has an excellent kitchen, bathroom and large living / bedroom.
