La Chiesa di Santo Stefano has been operated for as a holiday rental and wedding venue for the past few years. Initially started as a hobby by the current owners, it soon became a thriving business with up to fourteen weeks of the year booked. The owners were always aware that there was much more potential - had they wanted to exploit it. But having taken early retirement from previous successful businesses, it was not their plan to maximise the potential of the villa for rental.

Clearly the summer months are the most popular, but increasingly requests have been received for winter breaks, Christmas and New Year being particularly popular.

The villa also offers a superb venue for special interest holidays which can be organised in any season. From art and architecture tours to painting or cooking holidays, the property can be utilised throughout the year.

One event which proved particularly popular during the cooler seasons was a Learn Italian course, but others - such as yoga, nutrition and exercise, or gastronomy and wine tasting holidays - equally offer excellent opportunities for an enthusiast to fill the property for twelve months of the year.

And, of course, to leave space for personal holidays!
