The closest airport is at Ancona - around 45 minutes drive from the villa. There are regular flights from London Stansted, and Lufthansa has several flights a day from Munich, making international travel to the area very straightfoward. Scheduled flights from Rome and Milan are also available daily.

Bologna and Rome airports are both around 3 hours drive from the property

By car

The property's location in the heart of central Italy makes it readily accessible from the main autostrada and superstrada network. The eastern autostrada is around 35 minutes from the villa.

Of course, this also makes Santo Stefano a perfect base from which to explore the whole of this beautiful and varied country.

La Chiesa di Santo Stefano is just 50 minutes from the ferry port at Ancona, with regular sailings to and from Croatia and Greece.

The train service in Italy is also excellent, both in terms of cost and reliability. Trains from Rome can be taken directly to Jesi (35 minutes) or with one change to San Severino (20 minutes). The station at Ancona (around 50 minutes) is a major rail hub for access from other large cities.
