The following recipes have all, at some time, been requested by friends, family or guests at La Chiesa di Santo Stefano or more recently they have started to appear on our blog. The blog is being updated over the winter with new recipes that will also be made available from this page.

Each item links to a PDF of a recipe - sorry, but no pictures (yet!). 

Please note that I am NOT a precise cook, and don't really measure things - but I have tried to be precise as far as possible.  If you try it and it doesn't work, please tell me and I'll test the quantities again.  I also apologise for the fact that measurements are mixed between metric and imperial!

I would be pleased to receive comments and requests, or even other recipes.
