The holiday can be designed to precisely fit with your requirements - whether that is a daily visit to a different Michelin starred restaurant, or just two or three restaurant visits during your stay coupled with a tour of the best vineyards - with perhaps a cookery lesson or two for the real enthusiasts..

We will take into account your personal likes and dislikes, and we will brief the chefs at the selected restaurants to make sure you experience the best of Italian cuisine - from the delicious hand made pasta to some excellent fish, caught that very day.

If you prefer full board, we can arrange for a local cook to provide all non-restaurant meals at Santo Stefano, which will feature a mix of traditional and more contemporary tastes in Italian food. Or if you want gourmet food but prefer to relax on the terrace at the villa, we can arrange for a top class chef to prepare a special meal for you.

We can offer you a full service, including all food, wines and spirits, transport and bilingual guides, or we can leave you to enjoy the peace of La Chiesa di Santo Stefano with plenty of gaps in the itinerary. It is entirely your choice.

Throughout the holiday, guests will be invited to sample some of the delicious wines of the region, many of which are never exported, providing an opportunity to taste both white and red wines that you are unlikely to find anywhere else.
