At Santo Stefano, we like to offer the level of service and facilities that you might find in a small boutique hotel.  The services included in your package are dependent on whether you have chosen villa rental or an all inclusive special interest holiday.  The standard services provided for ALL guests are:

• Daily Cleaning (6 days, 3 hours per day)
• Twice weekly change of bed linen (Saturday and mid-week)
• Towels changed as required
• Daily supply of fresh, dry pool towels
• Cotton bathrobe for each adult guest
• Jo Malone or Salvatore Ferragamo toiletries for every room
• Restaurant booking and other similar services

The standard rental package also includes

• Welcome meal on arrival
• Generous welcome pack

The following additional services may be included in some packages, but are always available at extra cost:

• Shopping services before arrival
• High class chef for a special meal

• Babysitting services
• Telephone and fax services
• Additional shopping services

We also offer a villa concierge service to our guests, so if you would like us to reserve seats at the opera, organise a guided tour of Loreto, stock the fridge with your favourite wine, or just ensure that you have sufficient supplies of nappies – just let us know.  Charges will be made according to the level of service required.
