La Villetta is a beautiful house situated in the glorious Le Marche countryside. Restored in 2007 from a total ruin, the house has an extremely well equipped kitchen, a spacious living / dining room, a small television lounge and a study or fourth bedroom with adjoining ensuite shower room on the ground floor.

La Villetta was designed to be as open as possible, with each room flowing into the next. The kitchen and living / dining room are connected via a stone arch, with antique stone stairs leading to the first floor. This room also has a wood burning stove, although the property has under floor heating throughout. .
