The ground floor of La Villetta is accessed through a solid wood front door, with a porch under the outdoor staircase. There is a useful under stair storage cupboard. The door opens into a large living and dining room from which all other parts of the house are accessed.
To the right of the entrance is a small sitting room with a wood fire. A door leads from here into a room which is currently used as an office, but would make an excellent fourth bedroom. A large shower room is ensuite to this room.
At the other end of the living room is a superb large kitchen, which has been designed for those who love to cook! This leads through double glass doors (solid wood outer doors are also fitted) directly into the spacious loggia - and is perfect for outdoor dining.
