The cost of a holiday at Santo Stefano varies according to season. The months of July and August are the most expensive, and in our opinion June offers a real bargain, because the weather is usually wonderful (although, of course, can never be guaranteed) and the prices are a little lower.

Although Santo Stefano sleeps up to 15 people, we do recognise that occasionally smaller groups may wish to rent the property. We only ever let the villa to a single group at any one time, so that you are guaranteed exclusive use of the house and grounds, but for smaller groups we are prepared to close some of the bedrooms (all the living areas are still available) and charge a slightly lower price.

There are a number of price bands (based on 2010 dates):

Low season: up to 14th May, and after 18th September

Mid season: 15th May-25th June, and 28th August-18th September

High season: 26th June-9th July

Peak season: 10th July - 27th August.
