This large luxury villa for rental in the beautiful Le Marche region of Italy offers exclusive use of the house and grounds whatever the party size. The villa is perfect for a large group or family holiday, with two separate kitchens, two large sitting rooms and a separate dining room, offering privacy when needed but providing an opportunity to share your holiday with friends or family.

A large terrace at the back of the property has ample space for everybody to dine together, or if the children are swimming, the pool terrace which overlooks the pool (but is out of splashing range) is the ideal place to relax over lunch but keep an eye on the children at the same time.

Around the grounds, there are plenty of secret and secluded places where you can escape from the crowd, and some areas designed to bring people together to share a meal, or to relax in the sunshine. You can swim in the 50 foot pool, or lounge in the gazebo by the lake. You may want to cook pizza in our outdoor bread oven, laze in a hammock, or retreat from the sun to the shade of the Albizia trees.

Our guests are offered a first class service with daily cleaning included (6 days). Crisp Peter Reed Egyptian cotton bed linen and soft Christy towels are provided – including a daily supply of fresh, dry pool towels – and each guest has a cotton bathrobe for the duration of their stay, together with a selection of luxury Jo Malone toiletries. All parties receive a welcome pack of necessary items – such as water, wine, bread, butter, cheese and eggs. All standard household supplies - such as washing powder, dishwasher tablets, toilet rolls, soap, etc - are included throughout your stay, so your first day doesn't have to be spent in the supermarket!

If you are travelling with children, cots, high chairs and baby alarms are available, and there is a microwave oven.  If requested, we can organise nappies for you in advance, and baby sitting services can be provided.

Although Santo Stefano is a large property which accommodates up to 15 people, we appreciate that sometimes smaller parties may wish to experience a luxury holiday in such a beautiful villa, so we offer a range of prices for exclusive use of the house and grounds to reflect different group sizes.
